Dushi Experiences offers a clear and fair cancellation policy. All bookings are subject to the following terms:

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party booking platforms. Dushi Experiences does not store or process credit card information directly.

Booking & Confirmation

• Once you book and pay via Viator, GetYourGuide, or our direct payment system, you'll receive instant confirmation.
• Within 24 hours, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your pickup time and location.
• Pickup is available from 12+ hotels in Willemstad and the cruise terminal. We'll work with you to find the most convenient location.

What's Included

• 4-hour guided tour with a certified local guide
• Transportation in a clean, air-conditioned bus
• Hotel or port pickup (within Willemstad area)
• Stops at Scharloo, Landhuis Chobolobo, Caracas Bay, and Mambo Beach
• Professional local guide who speaks English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu
• Small group experience (max 20 people)

What's Not Included

• Entrance fee to Mambo Beach (very affordable, paid separately)
• Food or drinks (though many stops allow time to grab refreshments)
• Gratuities (optional, but appreciated)
• Souvenirs or personal shopping

Pickup & Start Times

• We pick up from your hotel, cruise terminal, or a central location you specify.
• Pickup is within 30 minutes of your confirmed time.
• Tours begin promptly 15 minutes after the last pickup. Please arrive on time.
• If you're significantly late (more than 15 minutes), the tour may depart without you. No refunds will be issued.

Health & Safety

• All tour vehicles are regularly sanitized and maintained to the highest standards.
• Our guides are vaccinated and follow all local health guidelines.
• If you're feeling unwell on the day of your tour, please contact us immediately for possible rescheduling or cancellation.
• Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Photography & Privacy

• You're welcome to take photos throughout the tour.
• We may photograph the group for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in official photos, please let your guide know.
• Respect the privacy of other guests and local people you encounter.

Children Policy

• Children are welcome on all tours.
• Children under 5 travel free when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Car seats are not available, so please arrange your own if needed.
• Parents are responsible for supervision of children at all times.

Force Majeure

In the rare event of circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemic lockdowns, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel tours. Customers will receive full refunds or a credit toward a future date.

Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. When you book with us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and hotel information solely to confirm and coordinate your tour. We never share your information with third parties without your consent. We comply with GDPR and all applicable privacy laws.
